We are not the developer

ACE Arte is developed by ACE Infracity Developers Pvt. Ltd. and is registered with UP-RERA as UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026, registered 28.07.2026. This is not the official website of ACE Infracity Developers, and we do not represent ourselves as the developer or the builder. The ACE and ACE Arte names and marks belong to their owner and appear here only to identify the project we market.

Where the figures come from

Prices, sizes, the payment plan, the EOI amounts and the specification list are transcribed from ACE's dated documents: the price list W.E.F. 21-08-2026, the announcement creative, the specification sheet, the announcement film, and the UP-RERA register record. Each carries its date and its source.

The developer's price list carries its own printed conditions, and those conditions govern. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of the company without prior notice. PLC, GST and other charges are extra. Stamp duty and other statutory charges for registration of the property are borne by the buyer, and tax is as per government rules. Sizes on the list are tentative. Carpet area, as defined under RERA, is specified in the Agreement for Sale.

Nothing here is an offer

This site is information. It is not an offer, not an invitation to offer, and not part of any contract. No page here creates a right to a unit, to a rate or to a priority number. What binds is the developer's own application form, allotment letter and Agreement for Sale, and the figures in those documents prevail over anything shown on this site.

Payments

We never collect payment. Payment towards ACE Arte goes to the developer, into the RERA collection account named on the developer's own price list, by cheque or demand draft drawn exactly as that document instructs. If anyone asks you to send money elsewhere, call our desk.

Contacting you

Submitting the enquiry form or messaging our desk is a request for a response, and you agree we may reply and follow up about ACE Arte by call, SMS and WhatsApp, for the purpose of that enquiry, even if your number is on a do not disturb register. Ask us to stop and we stop.

Not advice

Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. A purchase turns on facts about you that this site does not know. Take your own advice, and verify the registration at up-rera.in, before you decide.

Imagery

Where a photograph of the project appears, it is a frame from ACE's published film and is credited as such. The material and light images on this site are studies of finishes and atmosphere. They do not depict ACE Arte's towers, elevations, unit layouts or amenities.

Links, accuracy and liability

Pages here link to sites we do not control, including the UP-RERA portal. We keep every figure current and attributed, but do not warrant that this site is uninterrupted or free of error, and to the extent Indian law allows we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it. We may revise these terms. The date at the top records when.

Governing law

Indian law governs these terms. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction.
