ACE describes Arte as classical elegance carried into a contemporary landmark: proportion, symmetry, majestic facades and crafted detail in every elevation. The architect is credited first-party on ACE’s own ACE Arte site and in its walkthrough film, which is why this desk prints the name and no other.
What that means when you stand in front of it: an arrival arch and forecourt, stone and gilt at the entrance, and towers set back behind the central green rather than crowding the road.

Fifteen acres, eleven towers, and about 80% of the plot left open
ACE’s announcement flyer sets 784 residences on about 15 acres (60,000.54 sq m) with 11 towers on a three-side-open plot, roughly 9 acres of resort-style landscape (34,803 sq m), and a clubhouse of about 50,000 sq ft* with a usable terrace. Low density is the flyer’s own phrase for it: the towers stand around the green, not on it.

The entry price at the pre-launch rate is from ₹3.27 Crore* for the 3 BHK; the two larger sizes are priced on your dated cost sheet, in your name, which is what fixes your rate.

ACE places Arte two minutes off the Noida Greater Noida Expressway, eight minutes from the Sector 148 Aqua Line station and three from ACE Medley Avenue, with the Yamuna Expressway ten minutes out and Noida International Airport about thirty-five. ACE does not credit an interior designer on either. Interior-designer credits circulating on broker pages are not ACE’s, and belong to other ACE projects under separate registrations. The UP-RERA register entry carries no architect field.
